Foundations, equipment pads, piers, grade beams, slabs, duct banks, underground utilities, grading, and site work.

Building structures, support steel, pipe racks, mezzanines, platforms, handrails, stairs, and miscellaneous metals. Bolted and welded connections.

Piping & Process Mechanical
Chilled water, cooling water, and process piping systems. Carbon and alloy. Small and large bore. Hydrotesting and fabrication coordination.

Mechanical Equipment
Heavy equipment setting, alignment, and grouting. Generators, turbines, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, and packaged mechanical units.

Modular Execution
As both sectors accelerate toward modular and prefabricated delivery, the critical challenge moves from the fab shop to the field: foundation preparation, heavy module receipt and setting, piping and utility tie-ins, and integrated system commissioning. Our team brings direct experience across the full lifecycle of modular construction, from pre-construction coordination through startup. We know how to make modular delivery work on site.

Everstead Industrial was founded by Josh Cusimano, a mechanical engineer who spent fourteen years in industrial construction and built a prior multi-discipline construction organization from the ground up into a nine-figure operation. Three divisions, seven self-perform disciplines, 85% of scope kept in-house.

Our leadership team has also managed construction from the owner's side, inside a major integrated operator's capital projects group, which shapes how we think about execution risk, contractor performance, and what it actually takes to deliver.
